I haven’t been doing much knitting lately. Really, I have just been obsessed with spinning!

I finished!!

Because of Ravelry I have been inspired to organize my stash a little better.

Here we can see some detail shots:

Compartment 1: Sock yarn! These are all the hanks of sock yarn that I have. Vesper, Lornas Laces, Socks that Rock.

Moving down.

Compartment 2: More sock yarn! This is all the non-hanked stuff. Regia, Opal, Trekking…also some caked Vesper and Socks that Rock. You can also see two socks waiting for their mates.

Down.

Compartment 3: This is my luxury box. Zephyr cones, Blue Sky Alpacas, cashmere and sweaters-in-progress-yarns Whiskey and Daletta.

Last one.

Compartment 4: This last compartment houses all my cotton. Behind the cones are many skeins of Sugar and Cream, and I picked up some Lion Brand Organic Cotton.

Yes, I am weak…presenting…the D80!

I like to say that summer time is a bad time for blogging…a bad time for knitting…blah blah…maybe its just a lazy time in general. So why haven’t I been blogging?!?

Last night I admitted to my knitting group that I really have only not been blogging because I have been lusting after a new camera. Every time I think about taking pictures for the blog or for Ravelry (which I finally got my invitation for), I become almost sad about not having this camera. So! — No pictures!
